Welcome to RIDEEASE TRANSPORT. By booking a ride with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Booking & Confirmation

1.1. All bookings must be made through our official website, app, or customer service.

1.2. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or message.

1.3. Customers must provide accurate details at the time of booking, including pickup and drop-off locations.

  • 2. Pricing & Payment

2.1. All fares are calculated based on distance, time, and selected vehicle type.

2.2. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, or special requests. 2.3. Payment must be made via cash, credit/debit card, or an accepted online payment method.

2.4. Cancellations made within 2-6 hours of the scheduled ride may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. Customers can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the pickup time without any charges.

3.2. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a partial or full charge of the fare.

3.3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3 business days.

  • 4. Ride Policies

4.1. Customers must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.

4.2. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

4.3. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

4.4. Customers are responsible for their belongings. RIDEEASE TRANSPORT is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

  • 5. Liability & Responsibility

5.1. RIDEEASE TRANSPORT is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5.2. In case of a vehicle breakdown, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative transport solution.

5.3. Our liability is limited to the total fare paid for the booking.

  • 6. Privacy & Data Protection

6.1. We collect and store customer information for booking and service improvement purposes only.

6.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

  • 7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

7.1. RIDEEASE TRANSPORT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
